Something is happening that I’ve not experienced before. This is NOT the quilt I planned yesterday. But it is the quilt that will come to be. It’s as if it’s happening without me.
I took a tiny square of the red flannel with me today to the fabric shops. After “pasting” it on several fabrics and looking at them all together, this is what resulted.
It’s like I may be as surprised as you to see what happens when I put the puzzle pieces together. How exciting is that?!
Is this a common occurrence among quilters?
